Even Happier Paisley...

This weekend was a very busy for Miss Paisley. She is working hard on trying to hold onto objects. This is her holding on to her rattle for the first time. She loves it!

She also loves her boppy. This helps her to learn how to sit up on her own when Raja is not sitting on it. I can't wait for when Paisley is a little bit older and her and Raja fight over everything. :)

My mom and dad put up there christmas tree and Paisley was just mesmorized by all the ornaments and the lights. I'm kind of afraid for when she realizes she can actually touch those ornaments.

This little girls smiles, just melt our hearts. My very talented sister-in-law Jen, made this cute bow and it is the first bow that Paisely doesn't try and pull off.

While I was working on a project, Ryan spent some quality time with Paisley. They read a fun book together on the bed. Paisley loves this book because it has a lot of mirrors in it so that she can see herself. I think daddy likes it for that same reason.

All of that reading and mirror gazing, made her a pretty tired princess.

So last week, I took Paisley to run errands with me and we went to the post office and this sign was on the wall.

Needless to say, I kept a close eye on Paisley because we don't want another puppy or her on caffiene.

More of the Happy Baby...

Paisley is such a morning person (unlike her mom and dad). :) Here are a couple of pictures of her right after she woke up.

Uncle Shaun and Aunt Liz bought her this really cute fleece pj outfit. Before anyone calls CPS because Paisley is in a car but not in her carseat, the car is parked and off. She was so happy, so we took her out of her carseat to take a picture of her smiling at her dad.

Paisley's First Halloween

For Halloween Paisley dressed up as a pumpkin.

My brother-in-law Shaun came up and our friends Daryll and Maria Franco invited us over to their house for dinner and to play Pirates Life. For those of you who do not know, playing this game has become quite a big deal. Instead of using the normal paper money in the Life game, Daryll went online and bought real gold and silver coins. We also bought dress up items such as Captain Jack Sparrow's hat and his affects (rings, sword, errings). We also bought landlubber and pirate hats, eye patches and errings. We even bought pirates music. Daryll bought this really cool chest to put the game and everything in.

I didn't take pictures of us playing the game this time, but these are pictures from the last time "The Brothern Court" met. The Brothern Court consists of Ryan and I, Daryll, Maria and Shaun.

We are constantly changing "The Code" (aka rules) and we love saying: "scallywag", "arrrrr", "my affects please", "bootstraps bootstraps", "pay me", "take what you can, give nothing back",  "I want your boat", "dang canibals", "your ships taking on water mate",  and "Pirate" (in reference to when someone steals, lies, or cheats). If you couldn't tell, we really love playing this game.
