Over the Dam and through the Desert to Grandmothers House We Go...

This last weekend we went down to Arizona to visit our families and to help Ryan's sisters Melanie and Alicia move into their super cool apartment. Paisely did AMAZING on the drive there and back. She didnt cry once. This is her all calm and mello on the drive back. Notice her headband around her neck. Why do I even put headbands or bows on her?? They always become necklaces for her enjoyment.

While we were down there we played a lot of games with everyone and even got to play games while wearing cool transformer masks. Peter and I had a race to see who could assemble thier mask first and it took awhile for us to figure it out. Ages 3 and up....unless your 3 year old is a genious, then I don't think so. Mary's mask looks like hannibels and Melanies looks like one of the masks Merry and Pippen wore in Lord of the Rings. Peters mask and my mask looks like something they would put on someone in a mental institution.

Any ways, so the reason we came down to AZ was to move Melanie and Alicia into their appartment. The move went very smooth and easy and we only had one casualty. RIP pyrex dish. You baked delicious meals and we will truly miss you.....well until you are replaced by a new pyrex dish.

This cat was the welcoming committee for Kitty.

While we were down there we discovered that Paisley had a tooth come in on the bottom of her mouth. She didn't shed one tear when this tooth came in. She really is a miracle child. You really can't see the tooth in this picture, but it is there.
On Tuesday, Peter took Ryan and I to lunch at Joe's Farm Grill. It was featured on Food Networks Diners In's, Drive In's, and Dives. Its on Ray Rd in between Greenfield and Higley (I think).

A nice man who looked like Guy from Triple D, took this picture for us.
I am very much addicted to the food network channel, so it was very cool to go to a place that was feature on triple D. Thanks Peter!!! :)

We Love To Shop!

Paisley is a really great shopper as long as she is out of her car seat. So since she is too small to sit in the shopping cart kids seat, I sat her on top of her diaper bag and just let her sit there while I held on to her. She just looks around and smiles at everyone. I get lots of double takes from people when she is sitting like this. I had a couple old ladies say that she looks like a doll. :)

Yesterday we went to Kohls and I put Paisley in this cool black mesh shopping cart. She loved being pushed around.
